When will I get my order?

If you choose an item that ships directly from one of our distributors, you will likely receive it in approximately 7-10 business days.  If the item cannot be shipped to you directly from one of our distributors, they will have to ship the item to our shop first.  We will then ship it directly to you.  This will obviously add extra time.

Why are prices on the website different than in the store?

In the store, we create individual prices for each item.  It is impossible to do this for the thousands of items available on the website, so we must create pricing structures based on categories.  This sometimes creates situations where the item is priced differently than we would price it in the shop.  If you are a local customer, it is always better to come in to get pricing.
